Shannon Van Enger

It started when I was a child, just wanting to be helpful, whether that was in the classroom, helping hand out supplies, or when tagging along with my mom at her job .

Some are born to lead, to change the world. I have always felt like I was meant to support those people, in any way I could.

I love being the behind-the-scenes person, (or as one client says; her secret weapon) to the people I support, managing the details, and doing the things that HAD to be done, and cultivating and growing the relationships that developed with the people I supported.

Now, I get to experience all that and more while working in my own business.

My clients are up to some amazing things in the world, and nothing gives me more joy in my work than being their trusted partner, teammate, and champion, and the pride I feel in watching them make a difference in the world.

Next Steps

At this point, you are probably wondering what the next step is.

  • Schedule  a FREE Getting-to-Know-Each-Other Call

In this 30 minute call , in addition to the general type of support you’re looking for, we may discuss our backgrounds, interests, or anything else that will help us get to know each other. Think of it as getting together for tea or coffee. Relating to each other on an individual and personal level is a key component to the success and enjoyment of our working relationship.

  •  At this point, I would send you my Intro Packet, which has my prices, more services offered, my policies and procedures and more.

If you like what you see, and I hope you will, we’ll have a second call or Zoom Meeting.  In this 60-90 min. call, we will talk about the nuts and bolts of your business, what your vision is, what is working well in your processes and what could be better, and how you would like a VA to support you.

After learning about your business and needs, I’ll share how I envision partnering with you in accomplishing your goals and will explain how my business works.
