Impact Over Income
Money. They say it makes the world go ’round. In a lot of ways, I suppose it does. However, as a heart-centered entrepreneur, it does surprise me how much that seems to be the benchmark of success instead of the good that you do for yourself, your family, community, or clients.
For myself, at least, I tend to overlook the fact that I have a safe and warm home with my husband. We have all we need and a good amount of what we want. I’m able to choose how and when I work, and my husband is able to work from home and take time off if needed.
For my clients, they are able to focus on their own personal life, health, and self-care because they know I have the projects and tasks they have assigned to me well in hand, and they know they have given me the information needed to do the task. Also, my current clients know that if I have questions, I will reach out and ask.
As a result, they are flourishing and thriving, and THEIR clients are doing amazing things too, and so forth. So instead of looking at just the income, try to really see your IMPACT.
I recently had the opportunity to take part in Michelle Kopper’s Visibility Power Up Challenge-Style training, and let me tell you. It was life-changing! As a result, I am pivoting to more project-based work outside of my regular clients, so that I can focus on new content creation, and improving my skills in various areas as well as my overall visibility and more. I hope you’ll stay tuned to see what I’m up to.
